How can we help?

A question, a bug, an idea, or just a hello: send us an email. A human reads every one, usually within a day or two.

A few things you don’t need to ask about: your journal lives on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud, so we can’t see, recover, or delete it for you. That’s by design. Backups and restores live in the app under Settings, and subscriptions are managed through your App Store account settings (Apple handles billing and refunds).
